Royal Vienna Blue Ground Porcelain Two Handled Covered Vase on Stand, late 19th century, the body painted with a continual scene of Zeus, Aphrodite, and Ares, signed “C. Forster”, overall with intricately gilded borders, the underside of the vase and stand with beehive mark and with painted titles “Zeus als Herrscher in Olympia” and “Aphrodite und Ares von Diomedes vermundel”. 20″ H x 7″ W x 7″ D.
