In 1958 Poul Volther designed the daybed, which is characterized by simplicity and functionality, and was the first product in the Klassik Studios collection. In an elegant way, the daybed can be used both as a sofa in the living room and as a bed in the guest room.

The solid wood frame that makes up the frame is the focal point of fine carpentry details, and is produced in solid oak with minimal use of screws. Klassik Studio treats the oak with soap or oil, which ensures a beautiful natural look for the wood, which will also acquire a gorgeous patina over time.

The cushion filling is made of high quality cold foam, which ensures a very long life and not least an extremely comfortable mattress – which, by the way, can be upholstered in a myriad of textiles and leathers, according to your taste.
